These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CreatorMobility website, apps, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) About CreatorMobility
CreatorMobility provides a platform that may include memberships, subscriptions, reservations, bookings, access to vehicles and experiences, creator/community offerings, events, and related features (the “Offerings”). Availability varies by location.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your location) to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3) Accounts & Security
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4) Memberships & Subscriptions
Some Services require a paid plan (“Plan”). Plan details (pricing, benefits, limits, eligibility, and rules) will be shown at checkout or in your account settings and are incorporated into these Terms.
5) Bookings & Access Rules
If you reserve or access any Offering through CreatorMobility (“Booking”), you agree to comply with all applicable rules, safety requirements, and instructions (including partner/provider terms where applicable).
- Availability: Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Cancellations & No-Shows: Rules will be disclosed at booking and may vary per Offering.
- Verification: We may require identity verification and eligibility checks for certain Offerings.
- Responsibility: You may be responsible for damage, fees, tickets, or costs caused by you or your guests.
6) Payments, Billing & Taxes
If you purchase a Plan or make a Booking, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for all applicable amounts, including recurring charges until canceled. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees unless stated otherwise.
7) Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the Plan/Offering and the cancellation policy disclosed at checkout or booking. Unless required by law, subscription fees may be non-refundable for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us through the form below within 30 days of the charge.
8) Privacy & Cookies
We may collect and process personal data to operate the Services, provide support, process transactions, and improve user experience. We may also use cookies or similar technologies for functionality and analytics.

9) User Content
You may submit content (reviews, comments, photos) (“User Content”). You retain ownership, but grant CreatorMobility a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate and market the Services.
10) Prohibited Conduct
- Unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive activities.
- Interfering with the Services or attempting unauthorized access.
- Scraping/harvesting data without permission.
- Posting malware or infringing rights.
11) Intellectual Property
The Services and all related content/branding are owned by CreatorMobility or its licensors and protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the Services without permission.
12) Third-Party Services & Links
The Services may link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.
13) Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14) Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CREATORMOBILITY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 6 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US$100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER (OR THE MINIMUM REQUIRED BY LAW).
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk. You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have a subscription, cancel it in your account settings to stop recurring charges.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, as permitted by law.
17) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, United States, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
